National Counselling Service (NCS)
The National Counselling Service (NCS) provides free counselling to some people age 18 or older. You can access the service if 1 of the following applies, you experienced childhood abuse or neglect, are a former resident of a mother and baby home, are a family member impacted by the Stardust inquest, have a medical card - this is called Counselling in Primary Care.
