If you or someone you know is a vulnerable person or an adult with a disability, you may want to report a concern or make a complaint about the care or services you or they received. Report a concern to Office of the Confidential Recipient and receive a response within 15 days by a dedicated case worker.

National Counselling Service (NCS)
The National Counselling Service (NCS) provides free counselling to some people age 18 or older. You can access the service if 1 of the following applies, you experienced childhood abuse or neglect, are a former resident of a mother and baby home, are a family member impacted by the Stardust inquest, have a medical card - this is called Counselling in Primary Care.

You may have had a poor experience and told a member of staff. If they cannot help within 48 hours you can have your complaint looked at by a complaints officer at the HSE Your Service Your Say department.
