However, when a healthcare worker has concerns we believe they need to be supported to voice their concerns. Patient Safety is a collective responsibility and zero tolerance towards Sexual Abuse or inappropriate sexualised behaviour or conduct towards a patient must be called out, addressed, and stopped.
The resources listed in this section of our website are are aimed at all practitioners who are working in healthcare settings and struggling with feelings of concern regarding a patients welfare or a colleagues behaviour.
Dignity4Patients was initially established by a whistleblower in the healthcare system and we understand the concerns you may have in raising complaints to your management team.
